Filed for the first and last time with H&R back in March. When receiving our NOAs we saw that on both of our tax files were filled out incorrectly - which is no surprise as the accountant working with us was incompetent. Our appointment time was not respected, nor was our privacy, we had other customers interrupting our appointment to complain about the lack of accessible service (neither of the women working could speak very well in French or English).
