My partner passed away. I needed to file her taxes. I filled out the online form, told them it was an estate and booked a meeting in. Appointment #1: We cant help you. Go to this location. Appointment #2: Booked with receptionist. I am told they are behind and will get to me. An hour + goes by and I get told to come back another day. They give me another appointment. This was best experience yet in getting my taxes done, they were quick and thorough, I was in and out in between about 25- 30 minutes give or take. Very friendly and helpful service. If you want your taxes done quickly and efficiently this H&R Block location 175 52 St. SE, Calgary, AB T2A 5B4 is the place to go.
Made me feel like an inconvenience throughout my entire experience. Got annoyed when I asked questions. I left during my appointment and was treated 100x better at another location. I don’t recommend coming here
