I referred my friend to go to h&r block to file there taxes. The person there was trying to make them pay on top of doing there taxes wich is deducted from return. I have filed many times with h&r and new this wasn't true. I called a different location and confirmed it wasn't true. I then called the complaint department and they also said that's not true. My first time trying to file taxes with them was terrible! Lack of knowledge, laziness, bad communication and a unwelcoming atmosphere. Will not be returning. I went here to file my taxes for the first time, as this was my first time filing I have very little knowledge on what I needed besides my T4’s.
