Do not go to this location! Both my 2023 & 2024 tax return were done incorrectly, despite me explaining several times that I claim the disability tax credit for a dependent. They put something else entirely causing the CRA to "reassess" my return. When I questioned him on my 2023 return, he was evasive, and I don't think he understood English, or was feigning to. I referred my friend to go to h&r block to file there taxes. The person there was trying to make them pay on top of doing there taxes wich is deducted from return. I have filed many times with h&r and new this wasn't true. I called a different location and confirmed it wasn't true. I then called the complaint department and they also said that's not true.
