They messed up my taxes and take zero responsibility and leave it up to you to deal with even after paying them over $400 to do my taxes in the first place just for them to mess them up

I had an appointment booked over a week ago and asked numerous times on the phone if they would do my corporate taxes and they said yes. They changed my appointment to over a week later, I fill out papers, a lady goes to help me who lost her voice… Turns out they don’t have anyone that can do it after plenty of Yes’ given.
Thank you Theresa and Lee for making the entire filing process as seamless as possible. I highly appreciate all the help that I received and would recommend this location to anyone looking to file their taxes with H&R block.
