Richard of the Pondaray office was phenomenal... he gave some great advice for next year
Unsure my taxes were done properly. Seriously worried my tax preparer was not educated enough to file my return properly. Was charged almost double what I was quoted. Was originally doing taxes online with a tax professional, but she was unable to figure out how to complete them online and made me come in, anyways. When in office, was very concerned by the way the tax system seemed to be confusing her. Will not use H&R Block again just by this one time I've used them.
