Sherry and Michelle garbage deserve to lose job, lieing & very rude aswell don’t waste your time … I’ve been to plenty H&R in BC only problem I’ve ever rant into in 5 years is this one….Drive to Kelowna even Vancouver it’ll be more worth your timeÂ
Horrible companyÂ
booked an appointment on the 23rd of April for next day. Got an email confirmation AND a reminder email not to miss my appointment or be late. Well, I got there early only to find out the office was "temporarily CLOSED". Uhhmm really? OK. So can you please tell me 1) why I was able to book the appointment in the first place and 2) why I didn't get an email stating the closure or 3) (which would of been nice) - a PHONE CALL at some point prior to my appointment time????
