I’ve been a client with this company for many many years. This location has been my location since I moved to Hammond. I went in to apply for an emerald loan. I get it every year in November before the holidays and in January when I have my taxes prepared. Well this time Bonnie did my application she put wrong information in and I was denied. Fatal de profesionalismo, maltrato al cliente, mienten , los agentes están poco preparados, cometen errores al hacer el trabajo y luego no dan la cara para ayudar a resolver el problema. He realizado los taxes en esta compañía por más de 6 años y la verdad que no tengo experiencia buena con ellos todavía es la hora que mi esposa pago $420 y todavía no le han mandado los documentos al IRS llamamos para una cita y la compañera nos da la cita un domingo es increíble cuanto maltrato al cliente.
Worst experience ever to much of a run around over something so simple unless you want your documents lost stay away from this clueless location
