This office sent state taxes to the IRS. So we had to pay penalties and interest on state taxes because of HR mistake. Then they did not pay for their mistake as they advertise. Also we're not willing to contact IRS of their mistake. I haven't used Hr block for years and now I remember why. OVER PRICED AND INCOMPETENCE is what you can expect from this location! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!!!
