The service seemed fine till the girl at front desk took her phone out and took picture of screen with my personal info sin number everything. Not legal.Â
I had an appointment booked yesterday at 10am, unfortunately I was missing one t4 and the cra website was down. Now I’m not sure how long an appointment is supposed to take, but by the time I walked across the street and drank my coffee, the website was back up and running.. now Olukunle, who was supposed do my taxes, said he would reach out to me after the website was back up.. (never got a call back) so I went on and send him what he needed to finish up my stuff.. Next day at 2pm still no call from him or anyone from there... read more
