Brought in documents in March to get taxes completed. No progress or communication on their end. I go back in on tax day, documents no where to be found or completed. I have gone back in person 4x over the last 2 days...CLOSED. Still 0 communication as their mailbox is full and I have no idea if my taxes are completed...
RUN. Horrible communication.
Canceled my appointment week and a half before tax day and nobody else available, just said sorry. No way to get appt elsewhere.
