I made an appointment for 9am, and I got there at 8:50. The store was closed, and was still closed with no one in sight the entire time I was there. I waited until 10:00 and then called the number that was listed on the window of the building. The voicemail was full, so I couldn’t leave a message. Called the customer service line and they said yes, the store was supposed to be open and that they could see my scheduled appointment. Brought in documents in March to get taxes completed. No progress or communication on their end. I go back in on tax day, documents no where to be found or completed. I have gone back in person 4x over the last 2 days...CLOSED. Still 0 communication as their mailbox is full and I have no idea if my taxes are completed...
RUN. Horrible communication.
Canceled my appointment week and a half before tax day and nobody else available, just said sorry. No way to get appt elsewhere.
