The worst experience ever and will not be returning. The agent had the audacity to say to me "you should have said I wanted cash back". I went in and said I wanted cash back and at the end she said ETRANSFER from card to bank account was not working. That was after she did my taxes. And all she said while doing my taxes I must have worked less hours. I made 3000.00 less this year. I always went to H & R Block but I will never return. Good Bye to a long standing customer. Was going to them since early 2000.
Getting our taxes done at H&R Block on Marr Road in Rothesay was a good experience. Simply drop off your paperwork and we did a telephone consultation with Li Lan Pook which was helpful and informative. Then you come in to pay and to pick up your completed taxes which they submit for you to Revenue Canada. A stress free experience during tax season.
Our first tax experience in nb.... Susan made the night mare go away. Could not be happier she was our agent! Would return for sure! She treated my wife and I so kindly.
My wife and I were both very impressed with the tax knowledge of our Tax preparer, Li Lan. This was our second year in a row having the benefit of Li Lan's assistance and advice. She made a few recommendations to us last year that we followed. Those tips saved us money this year. We are both totally satisfied with every aspect of our work with Li Lan. We received good value for our money and highly recommend this office to anyone needing professional tax prep assistance.
