Very unfriendly. And unprofessional My person was on phone whole time with boss on how she screwed up a previous tax return wile doing mine so don't really trust it was done right. Not impressed Never going back. Rothesay N.B one.Â
The worst experience ever and will not be returning. The agent had the audacity to say to me "you should have said I wanted cash back". I went in and said I wanted cash back and at the end she said ETRANSFER from card to bank account was not working. That was after she did my taxes. And all she said while doing my taxes I must have worked less hours. I made 3000.00 less this year. I always went to H & R Block but I will never return. Good Bye to a long standing customer. Was going to them since early 2000.Â
Getting our taxes done at H&R Block on Marr Road in Rothesay was a good experience. Simply drop off your paperwork and we did a telephone consultation with Li Lan Pook which was helpful and informative. Then you come in to pay and to pick up your completed taxes which they submit for you to Revenue Canada. A stress free experience during tax season.Â
Our first tax experience in nb.... Susan made the night mare go away. Could not be happier she was our agent! Would return for sure! She treated my wife and I so kindly.Â
