Totally royally screwed us. We had a more complicated tax year than last year, so we decided for once to not do it ourselves and save the hassle. Wrong move. They never processed the payment, so our returns landed in limbo without our knowledge. Now, IRS is hitting us with late fees as we scramble to fix the mess. AVOID this place. It is unbelievably disorganized. I had an appointment with Cecelia, who rescheduled multiple times, ran 40 minutes late to the video call without any notice (and did not pick up office phone when I tried to inquire about my appointment day-of), charged $300+ to file my taxes, and then filed them entirely incorrectly. I had really high hopes for the help they would give me, but they majorly messed up my state return. If I hadn't checked it myself, I would have lost over a thousand dollars. The good news is they were happy to do a free correction for me, and refund the fee of the state return, but overall I wasted about 10 hours fixing everything. Would definitely not recommend.
Cecilia was an angel for me this year for my taxes. Multiple documents of mine were messed up which made it impossible for me to file on my own. Cecilia was kind and professional and handled my return to where I could walk out of there stress free. When my return was rejected, she contacted me before I even realized and she gave clear instructions how to remedy the situation. I will definitely be coming back next year, thank you!
