Used Matthew M. and had a great experience! Felt comfortable enough to ask him questions I haven’t always asked. He was also very friendly and funny. My taxes can be tricky, but he showed us different options and made the time go by very quickly.
This was my second time having my taxes prepared by H&R Block. The first time was not a good experience, the preparer had a chip on his shoulder because I was collecting disability (I had a stroke in 2004). He had a problem that I was approved for SSA disability and his wife could not get approved. This time however was a very good experience!
