I wish I could give negative stars. Incompetence, errors, blunders, and delays to no end. I regret ever trusting H&R Block with our taxes. Below scratches the surface. And after all of this, after five weeks, we had to persist with them to compete our return. And we still had to pay money for the “service.” I hope to save anyone from this type of negligence and lack of professionalism and basic knowledge. I have to choose 1 just to leave a review.....don't waste your time at this location or the unknowledgeable tax staff at this location dropped off on Tuesday it's Friday they haven't done anything and her lack of knowledge says I'm missing papers....nope I'm not how do I know I'm not it's the same forms I been turning in over 5 yrs now...save your time and headache and pick a different branch location..
They got the best refund for me and was very professional about everything and very nice people
