I have to choose 1 just to leave a review.....don't waste your time at this location or the unknowledgeable tax staff at this location dropped off on Tuesday it's Friday they haven't done anything and her lack of knowledge says I'm missing papers....nope I'm not how do I know I'm not it's the same forms I been turning in over 5 yrs now...save your time and headache and pick a different branch location..
They got the best refund for me and was very professional about everything and very nice people

I have never had such a low federal tax return since I was 18 years old. The accountant I had was not able to figure out how to do my Massachusetts state tax until he tried three times, I know I am owed more federal tax and finallyhe got the state tax correct but H&R Block ? NO WAY!!!!
