Courtney was a welcome surprise! I would’ve never expected to find her level of knowledge and professionalism in an HR Block office. I will be returning to this office every year as long as she’s working.
First time ever using this service today and from the start it was wonderful. The woman at the front desk is such a sweet soul, then my preparer Courtney was so helpful and gave me information about my taxes I had never heard of before from my previous service (fireside tax). Courtney got me an amazing return and is also going to amend my taxes that might’ve been messed up from the previous years. 10/10 recommend!!!!
the lady at the front desk when you walk in was very rude to me and my dad i’m not sure of her name i didn’t get the chance to ask her.
