My attempts to file online my 2023 taxes were met with unresponsive tax professionals, payment processing errors, and a lack of effective resolution from customer service. Despite promises for follow-up, the response was slow and insufficient, culminating in a mere discount offer that failed to address the real impact of their service failures, including potential IRS penalties.
