Worst place to do taxes. W-2 filling. No write offs. This was straight forward. 2nd year in a row. HAVE 4 Different PEOPLE HELP YOU.Drive out to location for appointment they made with us only to be told after driving hour on a Saturday he can't stay and complete taxes. If you want to not get your refund back and have multiple trips to tax office and ,never talk to same person, take them 3 months to call you back still don't have answers then this is the place for you. Made paying taxes almost pleasant.
I’m not sure what these people did but we had to pay a lot instead of receiving and they charged so much for barely any service. You’re much better off doing your taxes on your own or hiring a private accountant. Never going to use H&R again
