Carla was a good listener, patient, diligent and helpful
Went to HR block the process our taxes. the process was slow and after waiting in the lobby at our set appointment time for 30 minutes and paying 250 dollars to have them IMPROPERLY process my taxes. i ended up getting a letter from the IRS saying i owe more money. Will never be recommending HR block to anyone.
