I never give anyone a bad review but this happened at 11 o’clock this morning and I am still so angry. I am shaking. My appointment was for 11 and that is when they informed me that the lady rescheduled my appointment till 1 o’clock! Did not contact me in anyway just took it upon herself to do it. I have three children had to get a babysitter to watch them so I could go. I drove through a rain storm to get there on time. Fake name on this acct of course, but they keep calling me. HARRASSING ME. I have told them OVER AND OVER TO STOP. I no longer live by that one. This place is so broke that they harrass previous customers, apparently. I've never had another location do this and I never had this one do it before this year, but geez. Stop begging. I have told you people to take me off the call list.
