I went to H& R block on 04/15th. I had an appointment with Carol. I got to my appointment a few minutes early. I waited about 20 minutes. Carol had a prior appointment that she was wrapping up. I really do wish I would have had a different tax preparer in the beginning. I told Carol several times that two of my W2 forms I emailed to her. She was very slow and confused.
