Updating my review: Kent no longer works at this location and it has gone completely crap! I went there last year and the guy I was schedule with was an hour late and couldn't even do my returns because he was not aware of certain earning limits and proceeded to claim my reported tax was wrong and everything was wrong and IRS will be at my door! Seriously?! I left and contacted a personal finance advisor who also does taxes and completed my returns swiftly and at much less cost than HR Block typically charges. Original Revie... read more
