Doing taxes can be stressful, but this experience was smooth from the start to the finish. My tax preparer was knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was handled correctly. I’ll definitely be back next year.
We paid extra to have our taxes done and get them early and when we left we were denied to get them early so we paid extra for nothing. The specialist didn’t even try to get us back more than what TurboTax offered and would not look into why I’ve not gotton my child tax credit last several years.
Upon entering the establishment, I was warmly greeted by Lady Johnson and a very tech savvy representative by the name of José was able to help me retrieve my tax documents! The team here at H&R Block were very helpful and knowledgeable during the process.
