Had my taxes done here in 2021. A few months ago I got a letter from NY state saying I owed them $500 more dollars due to my taxes being done incorrectly. Another H&R Block rep, and the one that did my taxes looked at them and agreed it was a mistake on their end. Eric took my info down and ghosted. I’ve called and left multiple messages and sent him multiple emails just checking on the status of my case and have never heard anything back.
