I can’t begin to say how unbelievable Kim was in helping my boyfriend and I. After having an unpleasant experience at your Fort Erie location I came in contact with Kim in Thorold. Kim St. Amand is the best at filing my income taxes! She gets me things like the Trillium Benefit which really helps my finances. Highly recommended for a Client Service Leader filing taxes. I had Kim the last few years I did my income taxes. She guides you through everything and if you don't understand something she takes the time to explain it. Just recently went to deal with my return. Went without any issue. Computers are a little slow but can't blame the staff for that. Thanks Kim for making the experience a good one and not a boring or bad one. Answered every question I had and all in all was great with customer service. Definitely going back to this location next year.
