Messed up my taxes multiple years in a row, lied to me for 18 months about money I owed them due to them messing up my taxes again, only to get a collections letter threatening legal action. Told that yes I was lied to, yes they did mess up on my taxes, yes that is all horrible, shut up and pay the money. So don't use these guys unless you want to have no idea if your taxes were done correctly or what hidden debts are ruining your credit.
Not knowledgeable on tax credits available. Would not recommend
Went in & dealt with Barb. She was so delightful to deal with. She was very informative & helped us get back a refund for myself & my husband. Super grateful for all she did. Keep up the fantastic work Barb !! :)
Just a 3 years worth of taxes in one hour, really fast and excellent service. All the stuff there are really friendly and helpful. They offer the same services if not more and you can find online. This location is fully staffed , so there's no wait times either. I had Kim do my tax return and I'd recommend her because of how kind, helpful, and efficient she is at her job.
Barb is absolutely amazing. She took the time to explain everything that I could claim and after inputting all my receipts ended up turning a payment owing into me receiving a return. I cannot express how grateful I am that she's took the time to explain that to me. For years I have not claimed things that I could have claimed. Thank you so much for your patience!!!
