Called to make an appointment, got some automated bullshit that tries to make you do everything online. Don’t know if these are franchised but the Saint Cloud location has an actual person who answered the phone so I’m taking my business to them again this year even though I’m right across the road from this one.

Our 1st visit with Elmy (Mimi) Rodriguez went seamless/exceptional, the service Mimi provided was above & beyond deserving of a 5 rating. She thoroughly answered all our questions, was very helpful, patient, & knowledgeable. Mimi left me with a fantastic impression of the establishment, I will be going back next year.
The lady at the front desk very rude. Very unprofessional. This place is horrible to file your taxes. Carmen very unprofessional and rude. Worst experience and I will never recommend anyone to this H&R Block. Waste of time in this place.
This place sucks now I never filing with hand r block again, or at least at this location .. very unprofessional and half of them dont even know what theyre talking about
