I was able to get my Taxes done insanely quickly with no hassle. My Tax-Pro Christine Mcculloch handled my taxes and she was very friendly and amazing at her job! I will definitely be coming back to get her services once again.
I had an awesome appointment with Christine Mcculloch as always I have travelled from Fort Erie 2 years ago to find her in Niagara Falls and again this year to Welland she is always so nice and knowledgeable and it’s always a pleasure seeing her
I brought my taxes in 2 weeks ago. Last week the lady said "Your file is next" when I walked in to inquire. I went back last Thursday and the same lady points to her desk and says it's 3rd on my desk, I will have it done today. Today, Saturday, I call and the girl says my file has been started but not completed. Said the "Worker has been off sick" so he couldn't finish my file. That's 3 outright lies! I'll be going to get my file and taking it elsewhere from now on. So long H&R, you failed miserably. I am amazed your service... read more
