Do not have H&R Block file your taxes. Upper managements inability to communicate with their associates resulted in my return being rushed and subsequently submitted with major errors. To add insult to injury, H&R Block charged over $500 to file said return. I have since requested to speak with the District Manager regarding this issue but have yet to hear back.
