The service was the same as anywhere else. They charge 2 to 3 times as much as other places. Now I go through my bank and they charge less than half of what H&R charges.
I went to the collinsville location as a walk-in hoping to get my taxes done. When I entered the facility the i saw that there was only the receptionist and tax preparer was just finishing with a client, besides that there was no on else in the building. I was told i could only do a walk in at 2 since there was an appointment about to walk through the door. There was no one else there. I waited outside for 15 minutes and no one arrived. Both people I talked to were in Dearing and very well kept. Service was fast and efficient.
