Horrible experience. I communicated with this office via phone prior to an online submission of documents. I was assigned a tax pro and ten days later a new person sent a message that they were starting our taxes. The communication was nonexistent. They caused undue stress and just barely got our taxes filed in time.
T Bolin and Jessica were great. Very courteous and knowledgeable. Great!!
