The employees at this location are inept. You have a new machine of paying on. Using my Debit Card it showed that the pymt was pending. Huntington Bank always put new purchases of the day in pending. I was told that the payment wasn't in the computer. I told her I saw it in computer. I don't like being lied to.. I went to the bank and withdrew the $ to pay them with cash. They were anxious to get my pymt. This morning I saw in my checking acct. that the payment went threw. So now I've paid twice. I won't be going back to you... read more
My tax professional since 2013 has been Thea Jarbo. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable and informed she throughly explains the process and goes over your returns with you. She is beyond professional and is extremely personable. If you are doing your taxes yourself you might be missing out on tax credits and leaving money on the table. I took advantage of the look back that H&R Block offers and Thea found me almost $1,000 that my original tax professional missed.
