I called to make an appointment two days ago (Monday February 3rd) at around Noon. The lady on the phone was incredibly unresponsive, taking 10-15 seconds to answer simple questions or even respond at all, such as whether or not the company had availability for me to come and and file my taxes with you. Her response was that they're always available. So, walking her through how to do her own job, I stated that I had to make appointments in the past.
