Booked appointment a week in advance and they waited until 15 min before my appointment to say I’d have to book under a different branch because they didn’t have staff available with the proper licensing to file my taxes.. Could have this been resolved even 24hrs in advance?? Now I’m left to take more time out of my day to deal with this and I probably can’t get another appointment for a week again. It’s extremely frustrating planning your day around this appointment then having them cancel with no notice.. It was a headache... read more
Dropped my stuff off for a drop in. Front desk staff were extremely friendly, double checked to make sure I had everything, immediately added a medical receipt via email to my file as I stood there, logged onto my cra account to verify everything was there and off I went. I left smiling and confidant these kind and friendly 'boss ladies' had my back. Thank you.
