The people who helped me were friendly, but otherwise I received very poor service. I had a fairly simple tax return that ended up being a huge hassle for no good reason. There was long wait times and an obvious lack of communication between employees. 1 T4 and a couple medical expenses took 2 in-person visits and 3 phone calls. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, it would've been much easier to just do my taxes myself. $150 and a lot of time wasted :( super frustrating experience!
On every occasion the front desk women were incapable of their tasks some way or another. Got called and said my tax returns were available to go over and to come by any time after 5 as there was an appointment with someone else. So I came by around 5:15. Was told that because another person came in 10 minutes before I did that I'd have to come by the next day at 11AM. The worst service ever, dropped off our taxes on April 20th, 3 days ago we called to see if our taxes were done and they tell us we are next to be done, yesterday was the same story, and today May1st they tell us that they can’t do our taxes and we would have to take it to a different office because we have a rental property, went to talk to the manager Marie Richards who would not come out of her cubicle and told the clerk to tell us she was with a customer when we could clearly see that nobody was in her office..
