The lady who answers the phone refused to help me or look up my information she kept dismissing my question. I was also told that the preparation fee would be taken out of the federal return not the state regardless of the order it came in. That was not true my state refund was received today and they took they fee from that even though they told me other wise. Also my Address was entered wrong so now my federal return is on hold.I had to go to another location for someone to help me bc nobody would here.
