Sign on the door saying office is now closed, if you call, the message says closed. But the website shows still open & customer service is still referring people to this location
Poor service. They filed a local tax I had to pay that didn’t apply to me. They messed up my state return and I owed more and now just got a letter from IRS saying there was a mistake on federal taxes too. Total pain to deal with now and exactly why I had them do it in first place was so I wouldn’t have to deal with it. Go to a real CPA is my advice. These are not them.
Lots of white space on pages pushed buttons out of site
Miss Bernadette at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Don was easygoing while handling my taxes. It was a nice experience.
Alyssa Gray of H&R block in havertown is the real deal!!! She not only explained everything to me but she was personable, efficient and funny. It's the 1st time I enjoyed getting my taxes done. She didn't push any unnecessary things at me to purchase and explained why and what the cost of the preparation were. We shared some stories and launded and actual got to know eachother a bit. Most of the tax taxes are dry and unpleasant. Not with Alyssa. I will be returning to H&R block next year but only for my girl Alyssa!!!
