If you can avoid this place, avoid it !! I'm an employer with a single income, i never had a problem before, but this year, this guy made my taxes, and now i owe more than a thousand dollars on tax, !! I asked why, and they said, "i don't know, you have to pay !!!
Even 1 star is too much for this location. Since 2017, I used H&R Block. This location is the worst. Definitely, Price Gouging. I know how H&R charge customers. This is just this location accountant issue.
