Wasted my time. My time was not respected. Scheduled for 12:00 PM online. Received a call to see if I was available 30-minutes earlier at 11:30 AM, in which I was happy to agree to. Arrived at 11:30 AM for my appointment to see that the accountant I booked with was occupied with another client. They had finally wrapped up their meeting around 11:50 AM. Waiting for 30 mins and was completely ignored, not even a word from the two employees even after clearly seeing I was waiting. If I could give zero stars I would, by far the worse experience I've ever had and would not recommend !
