Avoid at all cost! They LOST our documents. One month after and it doesn't seem that our taxes are filed. They even assured us they would call us back for a follow-up and did not. Horrendous service, very unprofessionnal. We do not know where our confidential documents are at this point, and who might have our social security numbers. Very alarming.
