I will say there is a very very nice lady working in this office, but I still wouldn't trust anyone there to know what they are talking about. I made an appointment, told the male receptionist exactly what I needed. He scheduled me. When I got to my appointment, the tax lady told me she wasnt qualified to do what I needed. She said someone else in the office did and made another appointment with the lady who can do it "for sure". I got to my 2nd appointment and again, the 2nd lady say she does not do what I need. Incredibly grateful to Andrea, Milan, and Karen for their time and support! I had a time sensitive situation and they were very supportive, responsive, and thorough. They were prompt in their communication, aligned along the way as a team during any hand-offs, and I truly felt like they put me first as a client, which is often hard to come by. Would highly recommend this location and their team!

Wish I could multiple negative stars - Gary and Andrea are terrible at this office - my tax return came back over 1600 dollars and only reported 10 percent of my taxable income - how can they so inept - never answer my questions directly - trying to get a hold of Karla the mgr but impossible - don't know how this office has good reviews - they are terrible!!!!!!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!
They were friendly, gave good service, price was fair. The receptionist served me tea.
