Wish I could multiple negative stars - Gary and Andrea are terrible at this office - my tax return came back over 1600 dollars and only reported 10 percent of my taxable income - how can they so inept - never answer my questions directly - trying to get a hold of Karla the mgr but impossible - don't know how this office has good reviews - they are terrible!!!!!!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!
They were friendly, gave good service, price was fair. The receptionist served me tea.

Very bad experience with Julia Osborn, rude, unprofessional, demanding staff with low knowledge of how to file taxes for a single person who moved to CA around 3 months ago from another state. I owed the IRS based on her calculation. I followed up with the corporation; they made corrections and there was no owing. However, they returned my money due to the staff's fault.
