Called to speak to agent who had done a service for us last year, we were on hold for Laura and and Cathy I’m guessing the receptionist and came back on the line and she was rude and ended up hanging up abruptly!
I wouldn't recommend coming here, they promise an instant refund then lie and say it's not possible when you show up to pay for your return and are just not easy to deal with and very frustrating

Ms. Natarayan was absolutely wonderful, very fast service I filed 3 years worth of taxes in less than an hour, she was delightful to deal with! I will be coming back to H&R Block solely because of her service!
