Had an appointment with Pam. She was incredible, friendly, efficient, and to top it off - she even managed to help me find other business expenses that I wasn't aware I could claim to help me get a better return. Best tax expert I have had to date. Would highly recommend her to anyone.
Never been treated so poorly before. Booked an appointment, showed up on time and was then told sorry, we entered your appointment wrong after sitting and waiting for 40 minutes. Next available accountant then came out and told me it wasn't her problem. Worst customer service I have ever received. I've went to this branch for 15 years and used to have a great accountant I worked with but she retired a couple years ago so now you're stuck with the garbage left overs. Would not recommend this branch and moving my business else... read more

I thought return business here would make for better service unfortunately it wasn't I could have done it myself if I'd I needed to wait. Anyway I'll find a better way next for sure.
They made you wait a long time, and don't have parking space for clients
