If I could give 0 I would. Very hard to get ahold of the specific person they assign to your taxes. Change the person who does it months later. You have to follow up on them constantly. Filed on time and still not done now into July
Had taxes done here. Messed them up and CRA sent me an additional bill for another $800 owning after the $1700 just paid to them. They charged me $180 and did not mention the price. It stated it would cost less online depending on the amount of info entered. Went back to them after getting the bill from CRA and asked to speak to the manager. Was ghosted. Won’t be back I can mess up my own taxes from now on.
We have gone to Mildred for many years. She’s an absolute whiz at doing our taxes and we look forward to catching up with her every year at tax season as well. Whenever we’ve had questions or problems with returns she’s answered the questions and done her best to resolve things. The staff are wonderful at the office: very friendly and courteous. We highly recommend Mildred and this branch for all things taxes.

I had Letter from the IRS claiming I owed them $5000 US. I’d been filing my taxes wrong to the U.S. I brought them to Berlie at this branch. She filed ammended taxes 2 years back. She is very knowledgable and assured me it would be ok. Sure enough! I received a letter from the IRS saying I did not owe anything. Huge relief! Thank you Berlie Stork!!
