Service de merde ils me font changer de représentant dans la même journée plus au final me dire au rdv qu ils peuvent pas les faire live et que c est à moi de chercher un autre h&r block pour que ça soit plus rapide service médiocre. Je comprend que c est un temps où il y a un rush mais c est pas comme ça qu on donne un bon service à la clientèle
