MILITARY & VETERANS STAY AWAY! This branch is completely incompetent and unaware of military and veteran "state" filing procedures.
My husband and I have used H&R Block for years. We filed our taxes at the Bedford location with Wendy and she screwed it up. My husband was getting ready to deploy when we realized we were shorted 3 thousand dollars, so we made sure to bring the documents in as soon as possible. Wendy never contacted us. I had to physically go into the office to get a response. Which even still she was “busy” and I would need to come back at a later date.
