Sherrie was great. Very professional very friendly. She's informative and she will do your taxes in a timely manner. Any extra questions you have she will answer.
Incredibly rude receptionist who hung up on me mid-conversation when I was trying to seek help on an error on our tax returns. Hung up on a paying customer mid-conversation, I've never experienced this type of impoliteness as a customer in any other establishment before. Truly baffling, and a terrible look for the company if this type of approach is allowed by their employees.
