Incredibly rude receptionist who hung up on me mid-conversation when I was trying to seek help on an error on our tax returns. Hung up on a paying customer mid-conversation, I've never experienced this type of impoliteness as a customer in any other establishment before. Truly baffling, and a terrible look for the company if this type of approach is allowed by their employees.
Fee to charge your taxes 400!!!. I Got overcharged 250 for federal taxes. When I was charged 90 in other more expensive state, same H and R block company. Not sure why it became more than double my federal fee, I understand state fee but federal. Crazy, wish I would have realized before giving my documents. The receipt didn’t even acknowledge the prices. For the record, I’m not self employed. It was a simple tax return. Definitely not coming back
