BEWARE MILITARY and RETIRED MILITARY!! Despite being pleased two years ago with this H&R Block, after last year's filing I am completely dissatisfied with this location and H&R Block in general... We have had a very negative experience with our tax pro, Divina Schere. Not only was she difficult to communicate with (she never called me back and doesn't do anything online so she never responded to my email when I tried to speak with her), she left an hour long voicemail on my husband's phone, during which she had an appointment with another customer. We have that customer's SSN and personal information recorded in that voicemail. This is a serious breach in data privacy. When we communicated this back to the office, the... read more
