Never had a problem with them till 2025. Now waiting for two years of tax payments and six get payments.
Never told me I could direct deposit and was very stand off ish. Very rude and useless over the phone. Basically tried to wave me off picking up my finished taxes with telling me anything about. It’s been two weeks and still haven’t got my money and have been no help.
