Amit at H&R Block (CrossIron Mills) was fantastic to work with. He’s very knowledgeable and explained my taxes in a way that was easy to understand, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Unfortunately, the front desk experience wasn’t great—the receptionist was on her phone during check-in and wasn’t helpful when it came time to pay, and Amit had to step in to assist. That said, I highly recommend Amit for anyone looking for a reliable and professional tax advisor!
