Bryan Villalobos was my tax expert. And let me just say he was more than expert. My appointment was for only 30 minutes and he nailed it. I was expecting to owe a substantial amount and this amazing man got me a REFUND!!! I couldn’t believe it. I am so thankful I came to H&R Block for my taxes for my small business because these people genuinely care and want to help. Couldn’t be more appreciative of the time he put in and the expertise he applied in helping me out.

I was told how much the price would be, and then gave them my coupon code and a referral code and yet it was still the same price even after both of those "discounts". The guy that actually prepared my taxes was gone each time I tried to call or get a straight answer about my taxes, and this was the first time I'd had to owe ever and really nothing was explained. Not only is this place a giant disappointment, it's a giant waste of money as well... I definitely will not be returning here next time.

Would give 0 if possible. Lady is kind but this place is a scam. I called not once but twice to ask what the price would be before my appointment. I was told 89$ at first but I had a student education form as well so I asked again and then it changed to 160$ I was fine with that amount so I went in. I asked up front once again before we started how much it was going to be and it changed from 160$ to 300$ this is ridiculous for a simple return I have no dependents or anything.
