Wouldn't get my taxes done here.Half the staff is less than a year there,they dont know what their doing. Tell you they filed your taxes and don't. They management doesn't check new ppl work at all. Give you the run around not helpful at all. Want peace of mind DON'T GO Here!!!
We were not warned at all about the price of services until the very end when it was time to pay. We also had to go back and forth with supervisor Montrose Cooper for a long time to get our local tax documents, and there are still no instructions about where to mail these documents. We scheduled an appointment to do our taxes in person, they were done virtually. Very knowledgeable and forth going about info for the following years to come
Trying to schedule an appointment was made hard by having to deal with the team leader Breonna Blood, & her supervisor Nicole Ford was never allowed to schedule by returning home & doing on computer. This woman was not a good representive of H&R as well as Nicole never even returned my call. This was all the result of the AT&T mess but she never even wanted to hear it.
