I am not sure how this office has such a high rating. They almost did not file our taxes this year because documents kept being "misplaced" or lost. Thankfully I called and they got them done literally the day of the deadline. BUT they also almost caused us to pay 100% more than we actually needed to, because the person who they were assigned to was out of office CONSTANTLY not calling or emailing back, and then who was left didnt know how to file what we needed properly. Wouldn't get my taxes done here.Half the staff is less than a year there,they dont know what their doing. Tell you they filed your taxes and don't. They management doesn't check new ppl work at all. Give you the run around not helpful at all. Want peace of mind DON'T GO Here!!!
We were not warned at all about the price of services until the very end when it was time to pay. We also had to go back and forth with supervisor Montrose Cooper for a long time to get our local tax documents, and there are still no instructions about where to mail these documents. We scheduled an appointment to do our taxes in person, they were done virtually.
