The guy didn't do all of the paperwork to get an Emerald card for us. He said he did and he even gave us a card but it was not recognized. I had to go back to figure out what was wrong, why it wasn't working. A lady checked on it for me and she figure out that he didn't do the paperwork. Now its too late to get the card and we were counting on that money. I wont be going back to see Lee. He screwed up. I may not use Block again at all.
