Was very knowledgeable and very friendly.
They charged $225 for a college student with just a W2. What happened to cheap had I of known you would take advantage of a student I would never sent him to you. Will never recommend this place to anyone else.
Extremely unhappy with H&R block Warsaw, NY. We did our taxes in person at the location in Warsaw on February 6, 2023. Last Friday (March 3, 2023) we still hadn’t received our tax return. We tried checking our return on the IRS website and there was NO record of any return. My wife then called the location in Warsaw, NY THREE times and they said they had no record of us being there.
