I have been coming to HR Block for 25 years now and Barbara has always done a good job for us. I will agree with everyone else that the prep fees are too high. You are probably loosing a lot of customers with these fees. Take note!

$470 to do two simple W2s and a 1095-c is an absolutely atrocious rate. Not only that but we were told we got “double booked” and they had to move our appointment back an hour. They did not tell us that our tax expert would be a different lady than who we had last year either. The lady who did our taxes forgot to show me multiple things until she went to the next W2 and realized she forgot. For $470 this should have been a flawless process. Will not ever be going back.
I’ve been working with Denise now for over 20 years now and would trust no one else with my business and personal tax returns. I throw curveballs her way each year and she does a great job handling them all!
