My god every time I go to H&R block its a nightmare, and every few years I come around again thinking "maybe they've changed". Please do yourself a favour and avoid H&R like your life depends on it
Please, please, please for your own sake do not come here and do not use H&R block. I've been to 3 locations in the past and this one will be my last. Shocking incompetence. I'm at a loss for words
Booked an appointment online for 9AM. Showed up and they don't open until 9:30. Called to talk to someone about the mistake on their end and the person said they would call back. Never heard anything from them.
Went in for my pre booked apt with my wife and daughter/ they lost my apt time and had to leave. Been customer for 25 years/awful service please stay away from this service/not what it used to be
Absolutely brutal location. Nobody responds to emails and voicemails. Do yourself a favour and go to another location
