Went in for my pre booked apt with my wife and daughter/ they lost my apt time and had to leave. Been customer for 25 years/awful service please stay away from this service/not what it used to be
Absolutely brutal location. Nobody responds to emails and voicemails. Do yourself a favour and go to another location
Called about a walk in appointment. When we arrived, we were told it had taken us too long to get there and to come back tomorrow. Tax prep. Guy was extremely belligerent and rude. Lousy customer service. Will not return or recommend.
