Doerma was very very helpful and kind you should give her a raise
I worked with Mary Jo. She did good job with Fed and state filing but she did poor job with city. Did not provided any proper advice about the process. Post preparation of tax it difficult to get any kind support. Either she not available or do not return online question or phone calls. Today we had appt @12:30PM. Nobody reach to me. Sad to see poor service.
