Arrived at our Appointment 5 mins early with Liudmyla Dzhus with all our tax documents ready to go and had to wait 30 mins just to be told by the front desk associate that she was unsure when our tax professional would be ready. “Maybe another 10 to 15 mins?”. I had a great agent, and the office staff were friendly. I didn't have to wait, was taken as soon as I checked in.
Called just to see if there were any openings today, was asked for my name birth date and a bunch of other stuff that has nothing to do with whether there is or isn't any openings. Just wanted a simple yes or no. Not a run around.
