Not sure if the issue is isolated to this location, but clearly something fishy is going on with these tax "professionals". Avoid this company and location at all costs. It feels more like the tax pros here are hell-bent on making sure you never get a positive refund. I've been working with the same person here for years and have not switched jobs.
