I thought I would give them one last try with my taxes. At least I wasn't disappointed with the rude agent, that seems to be the norm! The agent working on my taxes didn't even include the $32,400 I've paid to my rent last year... I was charged $82, what I received for that price was a 72 minute call with CRA to correct my information that she was to incompetent to complete. Never again will I waste my time or money with a consistently horrendous company.
